US Attorney Philip Sellinger said Elijah Williams left a trail of blood after terrorizing the streets for seven years, from 2015 to 2022.

In September 2018 in Newark, Williams attempted to murder a rival gang member by shooting at four people, leaving one paralyzed, Sellinger said.

In March 2019 in Irvington, Williams fatally shot another person in retaliation for the murder of a member and associate of the Rollin 60s, Sellinger said.
